Profile NPC-CYRUS

Cyrus is a very mysterious, older Tatsukoi living in layer three with his great grandchild Scout, who claims that they are his apprentice.
He has been there as far as anyone can remember. People's grandmas, great grandmas, great great grandmas and even further generations all recall him being there.
He is one of, if not the greatest mage in the entirety of the Cascades, but he prefers to just be known as a simple archivist.
Although he will sometimes teach about history and the arcane to those who care to listen on the weekends.
