Rarities

This layer is a difficult one to inhabit.
It is plagued by raging thunderstorms and sudden gusts that can throw any unsuspecting Tatsukoi around like rag dolls.
These storms let up for only three days every month. The layer is scattered by snow and ice as well, it is quite cold.

The harsh nature of this layer often causes Tatsukoi to develop traits that allow them to defend themselves against the harsh wind and storms.
