Bubble Kelp

Bubble Kelp are a species of kelp that originally grew in oceans and deep bodies of water. Tatsu have begun cultivating them and there have been many more species have started popping up throughout the cascades. Bubble Kelp gets it's name from the tips of their blooms where they expel oxygen in the forms of large bubbles. Large species of this kelp can form bubbles so large, a tatsu can fit it's entire head inside! They are commonly used to grab a quick breath underwater. When dried, they make for great ropes! Some villages also farm them as a food source, though it's an acquired taste.
